Product Return and Repair

Return Authorization Procedure

If you have a product that you need to return for repair or replacement, first please contact a Neuralynx Support representative. To expedite the return of your product, a Neuralynx Support representative will provide you with an RMA number and return packaging and shipping instructions. Sales & Support will notify you when your repaired/replacement product is being shipped back to you. Note: All RMAs are returned to and repaired at Neuralynx Headquarters in Bozeman, Montana, USA.

Consumable Products Return Policy

Neuralynx strives to reduce any possibility for cross-contamination. Therefore, any products that are designed for close contact with patients -CHETs, CHET adapters and HDMI Extensions –┬ámay not be returned for credit if removed from the original packaging.

Product Warranty

All Neuralynx products include a one (1) year warranty from date of purchase unless otherwise specified as follows:

  • ATLAS system hardware includes a three (3) year manufacturer’s warranty. Hardware may be returned
    within 30 days with valid RMA#.
  • HP┬«┬ácomputers include 2 years on parts, labor, and on-site service through HP support.
  • Neuralynx only sells and supports current software versions.
