Software built to provide high performance electrophysiology recording, advanced stimulation paradigms and experiment control. Ready to support closed loop applications
Neuralynx’s Digital Lynx Plus maintains clean, independent data streams for each channel by preserving signal integrity throughout the acquisition process. Signals are processed without interference or cross-channel duplication, ensuring each channel reflects only its intended input. With the ability to clone channels in software, users can apply custom filters to examine specific features of the data as each cloned channel operates independently. This approach maximizes data versatility, allowing you to explore multiple perspectives of the same signal without affecting the original recording or requiring additional hardware
Cheetah simplifies the management of reference settings with Software-Defined Reference Selection (SRS). In systems using the digital interface board, each headstage operates with its own fixed hardware reference, ensuring straightforward and reliable referencing at the hardware level. Users can further customize references across channels and headstages using the software-defined functionality, setting the reference input for each Acquisition Entity (AE) directly within the AE property page in Cheetah
Cheetah offers high performance with support for 8 to 1024 channels, enabling signal processing for LFP, EEG, EMG, and spike data. It provides real-time distribution of data records for precise experiment control and analysis, complemented by high-performance visual displays for spikes and EEG. The system supports various spike processing configurations, including tetrode, stereotrode, and single wire. Cheetah also records unfiltered, raw data files, preserving the integrity and full detail of the original signals for comprehensive post-experiment analysis
